Jeremai Santiago, MSOL
Mr. Jeremai “J” Santiago Sr. is the Assistant Director of Learning Resources and Services & Learning Enrichment Coach, in the Division of Enrollment Management & Student Success, at Shenandoah University (VA). Mr. Santiago is a currently a new professional having three years experience in student affairs/ student success. Santiago is working toward earning his Ed.D in Organizational Leadership from Shenandoah University (VA). He has graduated with a master’s of science degree in Organizational Leadership from Shenandoah University (VA) and a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts from Wesley College (DE). Higher education has contributed to a major role in Santiago’s life specifically with his experience in student success and student affairs. He is working toward impacting students in the classroom. The areas mostly related to his experience are academic success, residential life, student conduct, student development, orientation, disability support services, and athletics. Santiago’s research interests include: leadership, sport organizations, black male success, social responsibility, social accountability, and student-‐athlete success.
